Join us for a holiday cookie class on Saturday December 23rd at 12pm. Our chef instructor & Culinary Institute of America Pastry grad, Alexis Champion will guide you through making four batches of Christmas cookies—perfect for enjoying yourself or gifting. Over the course of the 2 hour class, students will learn how to purchase for, prep and bake the following cookies:
Peanut Butter Blossoms
Ginger Chocolate Crackle Cookies
Linzer Naughty Boy Windowpane Cookies
& Classic Christmas Sugar Cookies
Let us help you take the difficulty out of baking Christmas cookies and help get everything set to make sure Santa and all his elves have plenty of cookies to eat on Christmas eve and beyond.
