EDWINS Butcher Shop & Training Center is a full-service neighborhood butcher and an integral part of the Buckeye-Shaker community.
The shop offers quality cuts sourced, whenever possible, from local farms and purveyors, alongside meats smoked and aged in-house, sausages, charcuterie, stocks and prepared foods.
At the same time, the shop serves as a hands-on training environment where EDWINS students develop the practical butchery skills that open doors throughout the culinary industry.

EDWINS students rotate through the Butcher Shop to gain practical experience that reaches beyond the restaurant kitchen.
Students learn meat cutting, fabrication, smoking, sausage making, charcuterie, production and the daily operation of a neighborhood food business.
Those are valuable culinary skills. More importantly, they are another set of tools students can carry into employment and a career of their own.
