About Us

EDWINS Butcher Shop & Training Center is a full-service neighborhood butcher and an integral part of the Buckeye-Shaker community. Here, EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute students gain vital culinary skills and hands-on education training and work experience.

The Butcher Shop offers patrons high-quality cuts, sourced, when possible, from local farms and purveyors. Smoked and aged in-house, offerings include meats, sausages, charcuterie, stocks and more. A deli and takeaway counter features soups, greens, pasta salads, baked beans, cornbread, wings, sandwiches, rotisserie chicken and other fresh, prepared foods and specials.
