EDWINS Graduation Dinner
Fall in Germany

Join us around the table to celebrate the hard work and accomplishments
of our graduating students with five courses inspired by autumn in Germany.
Smoked trout and crisp potato rösti open the evening, followed by
roasted pumpkin soup and a tasting of German sausages. Traditional
sauerbraten with buttered spätzle and braised red cabbage anchors
the dinner, before apple cake, cinnamon streusel and kirsch ice cream
bring the evening to a close.
