Risotto 101 – $55
You don’t have to fly across the globe to get the fresh taste of homemade Italian cuisine right in your own kitchen. We will discuss to method of making risotto and the different things you can do with risotto. This kit includes ingredients to make a wild mushroom & white truffle risotto

 

Saturday, February 6th

Superbowl Snacks – $65
The big game is the next day and this class has you covered with everything you need, from queso with homemade chips, ham & cheese over baked sliders and the best buffalo wings you’ll ever have!

 

Wednesday, February 10th

Make ahead Valentines Day Dinner for 2 – $95
Get Valentines day done early with the 3 course make ahead meal. Carrot soup, citrus-chili braised beef brisket, triple chocolate pot de crème and a great bottle of red wine round out what is sure to be a perfect evening!

 

Thursday, February 11th

Valentines Day Desserts – $65
Join our edwins too pastry chef Kara Swortchek as she demonstrates how to make a classic heart cream tart and chocolate ganache, two desserts sure to make you mouth water.

 

Tuesday, February 16th

Fat Tuesday – $75
Join us as we enjoy to New Orleans classics, the hurricane cocktail and shrimp etouffee

 

Wednesday, February 17th

Blind Wine Tasting – $65
Join EDIWNS sommeliers’ as they guide you through the process of blind tasting wine like the professionals. 3 white wines, 3 red wines and a lot of fun as we explore wine and how we taste it.

 

Tuesday, February 23rd

An exploration of French Cheese – $75
Explore French cheese and what makes it special as we taste our way through 5 different French cheeses and paired wines. Learn the cheese making process and how the cheese we love become what they are!

 

Thursday, February 25th  

Pâte à Choux – $65
Join our edwins too pastry chef Kara Swortchek as she demonstrates how Pâte à Choux is made and the multitude of different things that can be made with this versatile pastry dough

Every Saturday at 11:30am

$10 for link to class.
$25 for Take Home Kits (feeds 4 people);
pick up at EDWINS Butcher Shop the day before class

For school age kids and over. Some adult supervision required.
