Cheese tastings are back at EDWINS.
Gather around the table for an evening of autumn flavors, good wine, and discovery with Brandon Chrostowski.
We’ll explore six distinctive cheeses, each paired with a different wine, with selections inspired by the richness of the season. Expect a range of textures and flavors, from creamy and buttery to earthy, nutty, and bold.
Brandon will guide the tasting, sharing the stories behind the cheeses and exploring what makes each wine pairing work. Each guest will receive a complete cheese tasting plate, with time to follow along, experiment, and return to a favorite combination.
Throughout the evening, shared autumn accompaniments, bread, and crackers will be on the tables for nibbling alongside the cheeses. We’ll finish on a sweet note with a selection of small dessert bites.
