Bon Voyage: An EDWINS Graduate Dinner

The EDWINS Graduate Dinner: Farm to Table will take place on Thursday, May 14th at 6:30 PM and is more than a beautifully prepared seasonal meal — it is a celebration of growth, discipline, and the journey each student has taken to reach this moment. Created and presented by our graduating students, this special evening reflects the skills they have developed, the confidence they have built, and the hard work they have invested throughout their time at EDWINS. Rooted in the freshness of the season, the menu highlights thoughtful technique, elegant presentation, and a deep respect for ingredients at their peak.

From the first course to dessert, the dinner is designed to showcase both culinary ability and personal transformation. Guests will experience a refined five-course menu inspired by the farm-to-table philosophy, with dishes that speak to spring’s vitality and the care behind every plate. More importantly, the evening offers the chance to support and witness the next chapter for a group of students who have committed themselves to learning, growth, and the pursuit of a new future through hospitality.
