St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Cleveland Heights catered the lunch and presented graduates with knife kits featuring a chef’s knife engraved with their name.
It’s always a special occasion, and we loved hearing our grads share their next steps!
Dave is at The Beechmont Country Club. LaShawn is working with the Nehemiah Mission of Cleveland. Jason is at Michelangelo’s. Leo joins several of our alumni at Flour. Jeremy is at Benihana.
Kedemah and Margurie have been helping the staff at the newly-opened Serenite Restaurant.
Mandrian Scott is continuing to work with an environmental services company while searching for a good culinary fit. Farron joins several of our alumni at fire food and drink.
Brian is close to launching a food truck with his brother, Phillies R Way, so keep an eye out for that!
