The Gold & Silver Plate Awards pay tribute to the most outstanding and innovative talents in nine segments of foodservice operations. Recipients are honored at IFMA’s annual Gold & Silver Plate Awards Celebration and one is chosen to receive the coveted Gold Plate Award.
