We have just two seats remaining for one of the most unique experiences we’ve put together at EDWINS, and rather than simply selling them, we’re giving you the chance to win one.
For $50 per entry, you’ll be entered for the opportunity to join Chef Brandon for Hunt. Forage. Feast. on Saturday, October 17.
Two winners will be drawn, and each winner will receive one seat valued at $1,000.
The Commitment
Saturday, October 17
7:00 AM — Depart EDWINS
Full day of hunting, lunch & foraging
Approximately 4:00 PM — Return to EDWINS
Time to refresh
6:30 PM — Kitchen experience & dinner to follow

Start at EDWINS
The day begins with fresh-baked pastries and coffee from the EDWINS Bakery before boarding private transportation with Chef Brandon.
Hunt
From EDWINS, the group travels to a private pheasant preserve for a guided morning hunt. Chef Brandon joins everyone in the field for the experience.
Guns and ammunition will be available, although guests are welcome to bring their own appropriate equipment.
Each guest will leave with approximately four to five professionally cleaned pheasants to take home, while part of the day’s harvest returns to EDWINS to become part of dinner.
Lunch & Vintage Burgundy
After the hunt, the group settles in for lunch accompanied by a selection of vintage Burgundy.
Forage
The afternoon continues at a state park known for mushroom foraging. With an experienced guide leading the way, guests will explore the woods in search of the mushrooms of the season while Chef Brandon discusses flavor, preparation and how the day’s ingredients will come together later that evening.

Return to EDWINS
Private transportation brings the group back to EDWINS with time to rest, refresh and get ready for the final part of the experience.
6:30 PM
Cook. Then Feast.
Guests step into the EDWINS kitchen with Chef Brandon to work with the ingredients gathered throughout the day.
Pheasant is broken down. Mushrooms are prepared. Sauces come together. And the experience that began in the field becomes dinner.
The day concludes around the table with a three-course dinner paired with exceptional wines, followed by coffee and a final pour.

Before Entering
Please enter only if you are available to participate on Saturday, October 17. The experience begins at EDWINS at 7:00 AM, returns to EDWINS at approximately 4:00 PM, and continues with the evening kitchen experience and dinner. This is an outdoor, full-day experience and appropriate clothing and footwear are required.
Winners will receive one seat to the experience. Prize has no cash value and is intended for the October 17 event.
