Join us for an intimate evening celebrating late winter in California through a five-course seasonal tasting paired with wines from Far Mountain Winery of Sonoma. The evening will feature special guest winemaker Rodrigo Soto, offering insight into the philosophy, vineyards, and craftsmanship behind each wine.

The night begins with a Champagne welcome before moving into a thoughtfully composed progression of dishes inspired by coastal brightness, winter earthiness, open fire, and restraint. Each course is paired with a Far Mountain wine selected to complement and elevate the flavors of the season.

From Dungeness crab and winter chicories to grilled quail, steak with black garlic jus, and a warm Valrhona chocolate cake finished with California olive oil and sea salt, the menu reflects a confident, ingredient-driven approach to classic California winter cuisine.

Seating is limited to ensure an intimate experience and thoughtful pacing throughout the evening.
