Join us at EDWINS for a special evening celebrating the flavors of Tuscany and the wines of Michael Pozzan Winery. On Thursday, April 30th at 6:00 PM, we welcome winemaker Matthew Pozzan for an intimate dinner where guests will enjoy a thoughtfully prepared multi-course menu paired with selections from the Pozzan portfolio.

Inspired by the rustic elegance of the Tuscan table, the evening’s menu highlights simple, seasonal ingredients presented with refinement. Each course has been designed to complement the wines, creating a progression that moves from bright spring flavors to rich, comforting classics.

Throughout the dinner, Matthew will share stories from the vineyard, insights into his family’s winemaking tradition, and the philosophy behind each bottle poured.

The evening will feature the following courses with wine pairings:

Burrata & Spring Peas
mint, lemon, Tuscan olive oil
paired with Michael Pozzan Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley

Spring Asparagus & Soft Egg
Parmigiano Reggiano, olive oil
paired with Giapoza Chardonnay, Napa County

Ricotta Gnudi
black truffle butter, sage
paired with Michael Pozzan Pinot Noir, Russian River Valley

Grilled Strip Loin
roasted cipollini onions, rosemary, Tuscan olive oil
paired with Yountmill House Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley

Torta di Nocciole
hazelnut cake, mascarpone cream, dark chocolate
paired with Marianna Red Blend, Napa Valley

An additional amuse will greet guests at the start of the evening.

Tickets are $125 per guest, inclusive of wine pairings. Seating is limited for this intimate dinner experience.
