Join us on Friday, March 13th for an intimate four-course dinner exploring a rare and thoughtfully curated selection of Irish whiskey, paired with a seasonal menu and a hand-selected premium cigar to conclude the evening.

This is not a St. Patrick’s celebration. It is a refined exploration of Ireland’s most celebrated distilleries and the quiet ritual of exceptional hospitality.

The evening begins at 6:30 PM with a classic Irish highball reception and a chef-driven amuse before guests are seated for a structured multi-course experience. Each course is paired with a featured Irish whiskey, including rare selections from Midleton and Knappogue Castle, along with other distinguished expressions from Ireland’s most respected producers.

The cigar pairing is selected to complement the final courses, allowing guests to transition from dining to lounge in a relaxed and unhurried finish.

Seating is strictly limited to preserve the character of the evening. With a small guest count, the experience remains personal, immersive, and intentionally paced.

This is a three-hour guided dinner designed for those who appreciate craftsmanship — in the glass, on the plate, and in the humidor.
