Join us for an unforgettable summer evening on the EDWINS patio as we welcome acclaimed Napa Valley winemaker Michael Pozzan for an intimate five-course wine dinner. Each course will showcase the bounty of seasonal Ohio produce thoughtfully paired with Pozzan’s expressive California wines, including selections from Russian River, Sonoma Coast, Oakville, and Napa Valley.

Enjoy an artfully curated menu that bridges California wine country sensibility with Midwest freshness, featuring dishes like seared scallops with sweet corn, wood-grilled striploin with heirloom tomato jus, and a decadent dark chocolate tart paired with Zinfandel.

This open-air dinner offers the rare opportunity to hear directly from Michael Pozzan as he shares stories behind the wines, vintages, and the family legacy behind the label—all beneath the summer sky.

Join us for an unforgettable evening where fire meets flavor. Barrel to Ash: A Whiskey & Fire Feast brings together bold American whiskey, rich cigar pairings, and a wood-fired feast served under the summer sky.

Guests will enjoy a Smoked Old Fashioned on arrival, followed by a curated whiskey flight of their choice — with seven distinct options ranging from Single Barrel Bourbons to World Whiskeys and Cask Strength pours. Each flight includes four pours and two perfectly paired cigars, hand-selected to match the depth and character of the spirits.

Feast your way through three live stations:

  • 🔥 Station One – Smoked & Fired Apps: Charred corn fritters, bacon-wrapped dates, pork belly sliders, and bourbon-glazed wings

  • 🔪 Station Two – The Flame & Ember Carvery: Smoked brisket and BBQ-spiced salmon with sides like smoked gouda mac & cheese, bourbon-glazed Brussels, cornbread, and brisket baked beans

  • 🍰 Station Three – Final Flame Desserts: Bourbon pecan bars, grilled s’mores bites, and charred pineapple upside-down cakes
