Host a Fundraising Event

Employer Matching Gifts
You may be able to double your impact through your employer’s matching gift program. Many companies match charitable contributions, increasing the support we can provide to our students. Our IRS tax-exempt status letter is available here, and our tax ID number is 26-0656263. All financial and in-kind contributions to EDWINS are tax-deductible. In-Kind and Material Donations
In-kind donations play a critical role in supporting our programs. If you are interested in donating items such as vehicles, toiletries, construction materials, or other essential goods, please contact Heather Pederson at Heather@edwinsrestaurant.org.
Donation Drives
Community-led donation drives are a meaningful way to support EDWINS and our students. If your organization would like to host a drive, our most-needed items include:
• Toiletries (shaving cream, deodorant, shampoo, toothpaste, feminine hygiene products, etc.)
• Twin-size sheet sets (new only)
• Blankets and comforters (new only, all sizes)
• Socks and undergarments (new only, all sizes)
• Silverware (gently used and clean is welcome)

Both EDWINS Restaurant and the institute are the same 501(c)(3) organization, but it’s important to know that the restaurant covers its own expenses. Financial support is only used for our educational programming and case management services.
