Join us in the EDWINS Cigar Bar for Ash & Agave, a five-course dinner built around high-quality tequila, mezcal, fire-kissed food, smoke, citrus, corn, spice, and summer.

Guests will begin with a Lunazul Blanco Paloma before moving through a curated lineup of agave spirits, including G4 Blanco, Tequila Ocho Plata, Siete Leguas Reposado, Banhez Espadín & Barril Mezcal, and Don Fulano Añejo.

The menu features Watermelon Aguachile, Sweet Corn Tamal, Pork Belly al Pastor, Short Rib Barbacoa, and Chocolate Tres Leches.

For guests who want to extend the evening, an optional Padron 1964 Anniversary Maduro cigar finale will be available after dessert in the cigar bar.

Seating is limited.

Join us at EDWINS for An Evening in Champagne, a one-night French-inspired dinner celebrating the elegance, history, and pleasure of Champagne.

The evening will feature a multi-course menu built around classic luxury ingredients, including oysters, caviar, scallops, truffle, morels, guinea hen, fromage, and mignardises. Each course will be paired with Champagne, with featured houses expected to include Moët & Chandon, Perrier-Jouët, Taittinger, Laurent-Perrier, Palmer & Co, and Pol Roger.

We are honored to welcome Martin Dibben, Founder of Premier Crew Ltd, former Chairman of the Champagne Academy, and Consul for the Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne. Martin brings a remarkable career in hospitality and Champagne, including work in the food department of the Royal Household, where service, tradition, and excellence are held to the highest standard. His career has also included work alongside Prue Leith, ownership of the celebrated Dibbens restaurant in Smithfield Market, and leadership roles at iconic London venues including the Tower of London, Kensington Palace, and The Serpentine Gallery.

Throughout the evening, Martin will guide guests through the world of Champagne with stories, insight, and a lifetime of experience shaped by royal service, legendary venues, and deep relationships across Champagne.

This is an intimate dinner for guests who love great food, beautiful wine, and the rare chance to experience Champagne through the eyes of someone who has spent a lifetime immersed in it.
