“The Hourglass Holiday Table” is an intimate, once-a-season dinner celebrating winter’s most elegant flavors paired with the extraordinary wines of Hourglass. This five-course French-inspired menu unfolds slowly, beginning with a lavish caviar course and moving through rich holiday classics like truffled velouté, seared duck, and slow-braised beef — all culminating in a luxurious chocolate finale. Each dish is matched to a different Hourglass wine, showcasing the expressive structure of Sauvignon Blanc, the warmth of HGIII, the plushness of Blueline Merlot, and the depth of two remarkable Cabernets.
We will be joined for the evening by Adam Pucillo, Advanced Sommelier and Vice President of the East Region for Hourglass Wines. With more than 17 years in the wine industry, Adam brings a rare blend of deep expertise, approachability, and passion for great wine. His insights and storytelling will elevate each pairing, making the night as educational as it is indulgent.
