We are currently expanding our culinary team and are accepting resumes for the following position:
Sous Chef (posted August 4, 2017)
We are interested in a motivated Sous Chef with classical French cuisine knowledge. Applicants should have 4+ years of experience and a culinary degree, must be able to work with a wide range of individuals and skill sets, a strong work ethic, ability to multi-task, sanitation and organizational skills.
Candidates should possess discipline, patience, communication skills, competent knife skills, a high attention to detail, and well versed in culinary knowledge. Having teaching experience, recipe and menu creation, and ServSafe certification is a plus. Competitive pay based on experience.
Closed on Sundays.
